CLOSING DEPARTMENT STAFF
The staff of the closing department consists of seven loan processors who are responsible for the files from the time of their arrival to closing. They communicate with the attorneys, borrowers, brokers, lenders and title companies to bring the loans from the initial stages to the closing table in an orderly and expeditious manner. Betty Perniciaro, is the manager of the closing department who oversees all processes and handles all major issues related to the files.

The loans are closed by six closers who are in direct communication with the firm’s attorneys at all times. They travel to all five boroughs as well as Nassau and Suffolk County, Westchester and the Bronx. They handle all aspects of the closings including closing conditions, completing and sending HUDs to Lenders, Brokers and Attorneys, retrieving 1099 information and disbursing of proceeds.
