Irene Mattone is the managing attorney for the closing department which she has run for more than twenty (20) years. Ms. Mattone oversees all aspects of the closing department which includes: file receipt and log-in, status reports, title review, special conditions review, scheduling, pre-closing quality control, document production, post-closing quality control, file archiving and post-closing follow-up. Mrs. Mattone has worked on major cooperative conversions consisting of bulk closings of 300 units and more. Ms. Mattone sits on the Advisory Board of First American Title Company and is a member of the Queens County Bar Association.
