Joseph M. Mattone Jr. represents purchasers, sellers, and banking institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions including contracts, sale-leasebacks, 1031 exchanges and swaps. In addition to the transfers, he handles all real estate related issues: title problems, bankruptcies, personal property sales, mechanic’s lien clearances, estate probate, etc. He handles all title related issues arising from commercial and residential real estate transactions. In addition to these services, he represents several major lending institutions on real property and cooperative apartment foreclosure actions. Mr. Mattone is a member of the Bayside Hills Civic Association, Queens County Bar Association, Columbian Lawyers Association and id on the Board of Directors of United Cerebral Palsy. In addition, he is involved with the American Cancer Society.
