Teresa Mattone assists Irene Mattone in all procedural aspects of the Closing Department with an emphasis on clearance of pre-closing conditions, preparation of the closing files, determination of fundings and post-closing quality control. Additionally, Ms. Mattone is in charge of legal review of new loan documents, 1099 filing and reporting, preparation of all weekly, monthly and annual reports given to the various lenders represented by the firm, and overseeing staff training. Ms. Mattone is a member of the Queens County Bar Association.
